3. Quotations, hire and services
All quotations, hire contracts, crushing and screening packages, civil engineering works, waste services and machinery sales are subject to our written terms and conditions issued with the relevant quotation or contract. Plant hire is supplied on our standard conditions of hire, which are based on the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA) Model Conditions for the Hiring of Plant. In the event of any conflict, the written contract terms prevail over anything on this site.

The PGK name, the PGK logo and the design and content of this site are owned by or licensed to PGK Plant & Civils Ltd. You may view, download and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify or redistribute any part of the site, or use our name or logo, without our prior written consent. Photographs on this site include images used under licence from stock photography providers.
